Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

• You must be a natural person capable of entering into legally binding agreements under applicable law.
• You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration. Providing false details is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Each individual may hold only one account on aba88. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have been previously banned from aba88 for terms violations.

aba88 implements a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. You may be required to submit a valid government-issued photo ID (National ID, passport) and proof of address before your account is fully verified and withdrawal requests are processed. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Payments

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

aba88 supports a range of payment methods commonly used across Bangladesh for fast, convenient transactions. All financial activity on the platform is subject to the following conditions:

• Supported deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. Minimum and maximum deposit thresholds apply and may vary by payment method.
• All deposits must originate from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and may be reversed without notice.
• Withdrawal requests are processed after successful KYC verification. Standard processing times are 1-3 business days, though aba88 endeavors to complete withdrawals as quickly as possible.
• aba88 does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.

aba88 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any transaction at any time. During such reviews, funds may be temporarily held. If irregularities are found, the transaction may be reversed and the account reviewed under our prohibited conduct policy.

Bonuses

Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

aba88 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms attached to individual promotions:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in BDT and are subject to wagering requirements before any resulting winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier will be specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• A welcome bonus is available to new players upon their first qualifying deposit. To be eligible, you must not have previously held an account with aba88.
• Bonus funds must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion. Expired bonuses will be forfeited without compensation.
• aba88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting and multi-accounting — will result in disqualification and account review.

Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the same wagering requirements unless the specific promotion clearly states otherwise. Free spin winnings above a stated cap may be voided.

Conduct

Prohibited Activities & Fair Play Policy

aba88 is committed to providing a fair, secure, and enjoyable gaming environment for all users. The following activities are strictly prohibited on the platform:

• Operating multiple accounts or assisting others to do so for the purpose of exploiting bonuses or gaining an unfair advantage.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software that interacts with the aba88 platform in a way not intended for normal human players.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity using the aba88 platform. All suspicious activity is reported to relevant authorities.
• Colluding with other players to fix the outcome of any game or sporting event, or sharing information that provides an unfair edge.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or otherwise tamper with the aba88 platform, its games, random number generators (RNG), or security systems.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in the immediate suspension of your account, forfeiture of all funds held therein, and referral to the appropriate law enforcement agencies where required by law. aba88 employs advanced fraud detection systems to identify and act on prohibited behavior.

aba88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion. Circumstances that may lead to account action include, but are not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, including the prohibited activities policy.
• Failure to complete identity verification (KYC) within a reasonable time, or provision of fraudulent documents.
• Any indication that an account is being used by or on behalf of someone under 21 years of age.

If your account is closed by aba88 due to a terms violation, any remaining bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited. Real-money funds may be returned at aba88's discretion following any outstanding investigation. You may contact our support team to appeal a closure decision.

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
